Hauptbahnhof, you can reach the buildings by taxi (approx. 15 minutes), bus (approx. 10 minutes) or on foot (approx. 20 minutes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The location of the taxi rank is on the left-hand side in front of the main entrance to the main station. Bus stops are centrally located on both sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the <strong>F\u00fcrstenberghaus<\/strong>, take the following lines to the <strong>bus stop Domplatz<\/strong> (approx. three minute walk):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Line 2 (direction Alte Sternwarte)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line 10 (direction Mecklenbeck Waldweg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line 11 (direction Gievenbeck Dieckmannstr.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line 12 (direction Gievenbeck R\u00fcschhausweg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line 13 (direction Technologiepark)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line 14 (direction Zoo\/LWL-Naturkundemuseum)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line 22 (direction M\u00fcnster Heekweg)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Further information on the bus timetables can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadtwerke-muenster.de\/unterwegs\/fahrplan\">stadtwerke-muenster.de<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">By Car<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>From direction A1 \u2013 Osnabr\u00fcck\/Bremen\/Airport M\u00fcnster-Osnabr\u00fcck<\/strong><\/td><td>Take the exit M\u00fcnster-Nord in the direction of M\u00fcnster. After approx. 5 km you will see the castle on the right-hand side, then the courthouse. At the intersection, turn left into Universit\u00e4tsstra\u00dfe. The Juridicum\/Oeconomicum is on the left-hand side.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>From direction A1 and A43 \u2013 Dortmund\/Recklinghausen<\/strong><\/td><td>Exit at the interchange M\u00fcnster S\u00fcd in the direction of M\u00fcnster. Follow the road towards the city center. After approx. 5 km you will see the Aasee lake on the left-hand side. After another 0.5 km you will see the courthouse on the left. At the next junction, turn right into Universit\u00e4tsstra\u00dfe. The Juridicum\/Oeconomicum building is on the left.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>From direction B51 Warendorf\/Bielefeld\/Paderborn<\/strong><\/td><td>Turn right at the junction 8.5 km after Telgte and follow the B51 (bypass). After another 8.5 km turn right onto Weseler Str. (last exit before the highway). After 100 m turn right again in the direction of M\u00fcnster Zentrum. Follow the road. After approx. 5 km you will see the Aasee lake on the left-hand side. After another 0.5 km you will see the courthouse on the left. At the next junction, turn right into Universit\u00e4tsstra\u00dfe. Closet parking option is the Aegidiimark on the right-hand side.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">By Plane<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fcnster can be reached from <strong>M\u00fcnster\/Osnabr\u00fcck airport FMO<\/strong> by bus lines R51 and S50 to M\u00fcnster main station (approx. 40-60 minutes) or by taxi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00fcsseldorf airport DUS<\/strong> is 1.5 to 2 hours away by train. Further information on train connections can be found at Deutsche Bahn (<a href=\"https:\/\/int.bahn.de\/en?dbkanal_007=sprachauswahl-en\">bahn.de<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accomodation<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>A wide range of comfortable hotel accommodation in various categories is available for your stay in M\u00fcnster. It can look back on over 1,200 years of history, including in particular the signing of the Peace of Westphalia in M\u00fcnster. Even today, numerous historic buildings in the old town, such as Prinzipalmarkt, St. Paul\u2019s Cathedral and the historic town hall, bear witness to M\u00fcnster\u2019s eventful past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cbicycle capital\u201d of Germany appeals with a dense network of cycle paths and an infrastructure designed for environmentally friendly mobility. The green promenade, a former fortification ring, surrounds the city center and is now a popular cycling and walking route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to its function as an administrative and educational center \u2013 especially through the University of M\u00fcnster \u2013 M\u00fcnster is also culturally active.
